Promoter: JP Cattle Co

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to attendees of Farm World 2026 at Lardner Park who are Australian residents

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Competition Period

• The competition runs across the three days of Farm World 2026 at Lardner Park (March 26th, 27th and 28th 2026)

• A separate competition period applies to each day, with one winner selected per day.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit one guess of the JP Cattle Co show steer’s horn measurement (tip‑to‑tip, in centimetres) using the entry method provided at the Promoter’s stand.

• Strictly one entry per person per day.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted more than once per person will be invalid.

4. Prize

• One daily prize will be awarded on each of the three days of Farm World 2026.

• Prize details: 1 X JP Cattle Co trucker cap valued at $40

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

• The correct horn measurement is predetermined by the Promoter prior to the event.

• The winner for each day will be the participant whose guess matches the correct measurement for that day’s competition period.

• If multiple participants guess the correct measurement, those participants will be entered into a random draw to determine the daily winner.

• If no participant guesses the exact measurement, the closest correct guess will be selected.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

• Daily winners will be contacted via the contact details provided on their entry form.

• If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours the Promoter may award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

7. Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be provided to winners either on‑site or via the delivery method arranged with the winner.

• The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery.

8. Verification

• The Promoter may request proof of identity or residency to confirm eligibility.

• Failure to provide required verification may result in disqualification.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.

• No personal information will be shared with third parties.

• All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or errors outside its control.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
